– Marvelous Holidays agrees to market and promote the hotels on its online portal, social media, and other digital platforms at its own cost.
– Marvelous Holidays’ team will provide full guidance to the guests by receiving the booking details and confirming the availability with the hotels.

2. Bookings and Pricing:

– The hotels agree to grant Marvelous Holidays the permission to book rooms on behalf of the guests.
– The pricing offered by Marvelous Holidays will be the same as the hotels’ direct prices, with no additional markups.
– The hotels agree to pay a commission to Marvelous Holidays for each successful booking made through the portal.

3. Booking Modifications:

– Once a booking is confirmed, the hotels will not make any changes without the prior approval of Marvelous Holidays.
– If a guest wishes to extend or shorten their stay, the hotels will promptly inform Marvelous Holidays of the changes.

4. Availability and Inventory Management:

– The hotels agree to provide Marvelous Holidays with real-time availability and inventory information to ensure accurate booking confirmations.
– The hotels will work closely with Marvelous Holidays to maintain updated room rates and availability on the portal.

5. Customer Service and Satisfaction:

– Marvelous Holidays will provide efficient customer service and support to guests throughout the booking process.
– The hotels agree to cooperate with Marvelous Holidays in addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely manner.

6. Data Privacy and Security:

– Both parties agree to adhere to the applicable data privacy and security regulations in handling guest information.
– Marvelous Holidays and the hotels will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared between them.

7. Term and Termination:

– The agreement shall be valid for a period of 2 years and may be renewed upon mutual consent.
– Either party may terminate the agreement with a prior written notice of 60 days, subject to the fulfilment of existing bookings.

8. Dispute Resolution:

– Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through amicable discussion and negotiation between the parties.
– If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to a mutually agreed upon arbitration process.
