Shangla District, located in the Malakand Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, is a hidden gem waiting to be explored. The district was established in 1995, having previously been a subdivision of Swat District. The district is bounded by Kohistan District to the north, Battagram District and Torghar District to the east, Swat District to the west, and Buner District to the south.
